Day 2 – Bird and the Balloons
Children will create an engaging game where a bird pops colorful balloons. They'll practice using variables, sprites, events, and text blocks.
Day 3 – Digital Storybook
Young coders will bring their stories to life by designing a digital storybook using shapes, text, and layout elements. They'll start learning basic HTML tags like <br> and <hr>.
Day 4 – E-Travel Journal
Students will build an online travel journal by adding daily entries as separate web pages. They'll learn HTML headings and paragraph tags to format their personal travel stories.
Day 5 – Coffee Cup
Campers will create a digital recipe book to add their favorite recipes with images, ingredients, and instructions. They'll practice image insertion, list creation, and content formatting in HTML.
Day 6 – Scoop Troop
Children will design a fun board game by creating a path with numbered spaces, colorful tokens, and interactive game rules. They'll explore game design principles and logical structuring.
Day 7 – Digital Storybook Cover
Students will design an eye-catching cover for their digital storybooks using colors, shapes, icons, and styled text. They'll gain skills in layout and visual appeal.
Day 8 – Personalised Bookmarks
Kids will design custom bookmarks with stylish fonts, colorful backgrounds, and images. They’ll explore font usage, background editing, and text styling.
Day 9 – Save Water Infographic
Participants will create a powerful infographic on water conservation using icons, illustrations, and text. They'll learn about visual hierarchy, layout, and impactful messaging.
Day 10 – Project Time
Students will apply everything they’ve learned to create a final project that showcases their coding journey, creativity, and newly developed skills. The camp ends with a celebration and project showcase.
