This session focuses on understanding product design, features, and how to meet customer needs. Students participate in hands-on product development tasks, learning how to distinguish between MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and fully developed offerings.

Day 6 – Business Planning
Students learn how to structure a business plan, define goals, and outline strategies for success. They work through planning templates and cover key topics like vision, mission, and budgeting.

Day 7 – Marketing 101
Students discover the fundamentals of branding, advertising, and targeting the right audience. Marketing mix exploration and digital strategy games help reinforce these concepts.

Day 8 – Revenue and Costs
This day teaches how businesses earn income, manage expenses, and aim for profitability. Students solve fun challenges using business math and explore real-life scenarios.

Day 9 – Teamwork and Collaboration
Students learn the value of working in teams, delegating tasks, and communicating effectively. A treasure hunt activity fosters leadership, cooperation, and trust within teams.

Day 10 – Project Time
To wrap up the course, students create and present a mini-business plan. They design a product, determine pricing, develop a marketing strategy, and present it in a take-home business booklet. The session includes a fun and interactive project showcase.
